What to expect:
When we perform service on your computer, you will be able to watch and observe all repair work, live! Yes, you will be able to see our work, as we do it. There will be no need to worry about what some unknown person on the other end of the phone might be doing to your computer or personal information. We can even record and send you a copy of the session upon prior request. Each remote repair session will last any where from 30 minutes to sometimes 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the issue at hand.
